Inspired to effect change, Melissa Conway answers the call to protect the integrity of our elections by educating, empowering, and revitalizing citizen engagement, and promoting transparency and accountability in the electoral process.

With over 25 years of grassroots leadership experience, Melissa has directly influenced key opinion leaders, advanced legislative priorities, and strategically executed political, public relations, and policy strategies at local, state, and national levels. In August 2021, the RNC hired Melissa as the Texas Election Integrity State Director, making her one of the first in the country to lead the national GOP initiative.

Through her work with the Texas Election Network, Melissa is currently activating grassroots efforts and providing resources at the county and statewide levels to ensure that the true voice of Texans is heard at the ballot box.
